By creating an account or using MatchMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

3. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and Style Chat posts you share on MatchMe. By posting content, you grant MatchMe a license to display, distribute, and store that content within the app so that other users can view it as intended by the app's features.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including photos, item tags, links, and comments. Do not post content that:

  • Infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
  • Is harassing, hateful, or threatening toward another person
  • Contains nudity, sexual content, or content exploiting minors
  • Is spam, misleading, or promotes illegal activity

4. Anonymous Posting

Style Chat allows posting requests and replies anonymously, hiding your identity from other users. Anonymity does not exempt you from these Terms — anonymous content must still follow the same rules as any other post, and MatchMe may take action against anonymous content that violates these Terms, including removal and account restrictions.

5. Community Guidelines

MatchMe is a space for styling inspiration and advice. Be respectful in comments and Style Chat replies. We may remove content, block accounts, or restrict access for accounts that violate these Terms or make the app unsafe for other users.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the app.

7. Affiliate Links

Some product links shared by users, including items tagged in outfit posts, may be affiliate links. This means MatchMe may earn a commission if you make a purchase through one of these links, at no additional cost to you. Product prices are not affected by whether a link is an affiliate link.

8. Disclaimers

MatchMe is provided "as is." Styling suggestions shared by other users, whether anonymous or not, are personal opinions and not professional advice. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
